[aprssig] Info about Kantronics KPC-3+

The kpc3 is an expensive option, but it will allow long TCP packets... like
1024 bytes in a frame. it is very dependable and draws little power.

But for aprs use, why not get an open tracker from argent data? The newer
TNCs from argent and byonics have better digipeating features than the kpc3
does. You can set a hop limit for example. They can report voltages and
temperatures over the air in aprs format.

So the answer depends on your use... for TCP/IP or packet radio, the kpc3 is
a great choice. For aprs the OT2 and byonics tncs would be better.
