It's almost as sensitive as WSPR but with 1 minute transmissions
instead.  It also has some limited messaging which basic WSPR doesn't
support.   They already have two excellent display and database
system:

PS.  As for the time sync issue of these WSPR modes, I believe it's
okay as long as it's within a couple seconds.
