[aprssig] APRS-IS Feed Dropout?

Will a feed connected to APRS-IS be dropped off if it does not feed any packets after a specified amount of time?  Testing an iGate and it seems to get auto-disconnected after it doesn't feed anything for about 30 minutes or so.  This is usually the case when I have the radio disconnected and just testing things on the IP side.
