[aprssig] That delayed packet problem

If anyone is actively trying to solve the delayed-packet problem, this might help.  My tracker hasn't sent anything in close to two weeks, but Findu says it's near Bryan, Texas as of two days ago.

Now -- my APRSSIG mail is set to NOMAIL and I'm not sure how to change it WITH MY BLACKBERRY, so I may not see any further comments on this until tomorrow or the next day.
