[aprssig] APRS-IS passcode use

I need to know about passcode use. I had one assigned a few years back and
have used it ever since for my home station. I have requested another one
for mobile and portable use, but they send me back the existing one. Can the
same APRS-IS passcode be used by more than one device at the same time? I
seem to remember having an issue with this some years back when I was trying
to run UI-View from two different computers at the same time.
