Ask Kantronics.  They seem unwilling to accept that there is a problem or
to do anything about it. The KPC3+ (9.1 and older versions) introduces
delays when run in KISS mode for a week or two. Of course, in KISS
mode they are seeing service in IGates instead of as digis.
