Does anyone happen to have contact information for N7RIF - Joan G Carr 
from Port Orchard WA?

I'm curious as to what Mic-E-generating APRS hardware/software s/he has 
running as N7RIF-9.

PS.  I'm particularly interested in the following particular packets.  I 
know what they MEAN, I'm just wonder what's creating them (especially 
the ones with the hex telemetry values).
