I've made a small change in the aprs.fi embedded map launcher, and it works
with IE9 again.

Seems like IE9 introduced an incompatibility in the javascript CSS DOM
parser. It refuses to understand a size definition which *every* other
browser understands. Luckily the workaround was easy.
