[aprssig] Symbols for traffic alerts

After looking harder at the Maryland feeds, they could really benefit
us by adding location coords,   to help show these on maps as well as
filter by proximity, etc., etc.

I've suggested that to the people involved, and we'll see what they do
with that.

You guys seeing position data in your feeds?
