[aprssig] List reply-to options

Must be your e-mail client.  From my Thunderbird, a simple Reply 
addresses the list.  A Reply-To-All addresses both the list and the 
poster.  I haven't found a Reply option in Thunderbird that only replies 
to the poster, at least for the aprssig.

Investigating the detailed SMTP headers on your posting shows me:

From: Andrew P. <andrewemt at hotmail.com>
Reply-To: TAPR APRS Mailing List <aprssig at tapr.org>

So, your e-mail client must be picking up the From: rather than the 
Reply-To: when doing a reply.  But from my exploration, the e-mail from 
the list is properly composed for a reply to go to the list address.
