AFAIK there isn't one. The web server can be configured to generate a directory listing HTML page in the absence of an index page (index.html, index.php, etc). In Apache this is the "Indexes" option. If your server provider has allowed overrides, you can potentially do this in an .htaccess file. In your APRS-docs directory make a file named .htaccess that has the following directive in it:

Options +Indexes

If your server provider has prohibited overrides, you can't do anything about it without going to them.
