[aprssig] UiView and Precision Mapping Streets and Traveler 9.0

Tom,
  PMap S&T 9.0 early Beta version has a dialog which allows you to import
user POI files in csv format.  Also it has the ability to control visibility
of both regular POI's and user POI's.  These same capabilities should be
included in the mapping OCX as well. 

	At the present time I do not have information on User Poi creation.
Will advise once I have details. 

	We should be able to include the capability to import User POI files
in PMapServer9.
