[aprssig] APRS plotting paths

Realtime path plotting of digipeaters, IGates, and orginating stations 
is available in APRSISCE/32.   See Screen / Paths / Appearance to turn 
them on.  Works well with View / None in conjunction with Screen / 
AutoZoom View / AutoZoom All (but make sure you do it in that order!).
