[aprssig] KPC9612+ APRS RFI

I just tried to set up my KPC9612+ for APRS operation on 144.390 Mhz here in 
Western Arkansas.  I was surprised to find the frequency on my Icom radio 
jammed out by digital noise being generated by the TNC.  I powered up my KPC3 
and did not have the same problem but as soon as I powered up the 9612+ the 
noise was back. Has this been addressed by Kantronics?
