This appears to be a company selling GPS-based tracking devices for 
both amateur and commercial radio use.

I opened the web site using Google Chrome and let its translator go 
to work. Some of the trackers are intended to use amateur radio and 
talk about the need for an amateur radio callsign. Other devices 
appear to be using some other network for tracking.
