[aprssig] next build of YAAC (Yet Another APRS Client)

Greetings, everybody.

The next beta build #8 of YAAC (Yet Another APRS Client) is now released. The details of the changes are on the download websites http://www.ka2ddo.org/ka2ddo/YAAC.html and http://sourceforge.net/projects/yetanotheraprsc but the major updates include:

1. support for overlaying raster map images on the screen (supporting Bob Bruninga's cave project).
2. support for non-AX.25-default values for the reserved bits in AX.25 frames (for Bob's new feature test project).
3. a means of plotting line-of-sight paths between two antennas on the map, assuming SRTM terrain data has been downloaded.
