I just wanted to add that if you're into high altitude balloon work, there is a huge interest in the RFM22 from the guys in the UK. I guess they can't do APRS for HAB flights so they use RFM22's and RTTY instead (well some people do, the Radiometrix NTX2 is a big favorite as well).
