I would not say it that way, it was last updated less than 30 minutes
ago.  And it shows the most recent ISS downlinks about 20 hours ado.

Yes, Steve Dimese says he will update it eventually to properly point
to my new file location: http://aprs.org/iss-aprs/issicons.html  Then
I can update that if needed.
