[aprssig] a fix to the emergency fix to YAAC (now build #11)

Greetings, all.

This is embarrassing, but when I made the fix to prevent re-injecting APRS-IS traffic heard by YAAC over RF from another I-Gate, I accidentally screwed up a debug print statement, causing YAAC to log garbage constantly if an APRS-IS connection is used.

Build#11 fixes the debug print statement to make it only report real problems.
