UI-InfoKiosk is a UI-View add-on. It sends a beacon advertising
it's existence (actually an object) asking users to interrogate it
via APRS message for a list of objects. On demand, also by APRS
message. it sends an APRS message to the station requesting the
information and then sends the corresponding object(s).

As a side benefit, it is also capable of creating an overlay file
from the list of objects stored in the UI-InfoKiosk. With the
overlay file loaded in UI-View, the location of all of the objects
can be seen without them having to be sent via RF.
