I was fooling around with the digi onboard the ISS today. I
noticed that I was receiving this several times on each pass.
It doesn't appear to be a valid position report and RS0ISS-3
didn't show up on my station list.

I assume this was entered while astronaut Nicole Stott KE5GJN
was visiting the ISS on the last flight of space shuttle Atlantis.
Would you know who to pass this on to? I would assume they
would want to have someone update it... or perhaps Nicole would
like to take care of it herself?   8-)
