[aprssig] DISABL default MyCall?

K4KNJ just sent an APRS message to ALL asking about a station going by 
the callsign of DISABL.  I checked

http://aprs.fi/?c=raw&call=DISABL&limit=50&view=normal

and see that it is beaconing a generic >ID,qAR, and is being received by 
stations all over the globe (lots in the US and at least one each in 
Poland and Brazil).

Does anyone know if there's some APRS hardware out there whose default 
configuration uses "DISABL" as the MyCall?
