[aprssig] FTM-350R on 220 MHz

Has anybody successfully used the FTM-350R APRS radio on 220 MHz at
9600 baud?   This could be really useful, even with the low power,
here in Pacific Northwest  where we have an alternate APRS/packet
channel on 222 MHz.
