I just used it last week, the URL we have coded into Xastir, to snag the data for my Jeep during a few hour period when Firenet was down.  Xastir snagged/imported it just fine.  Must be a different URL than you're using.  If I recall correctly I can do it two weeks at a time but don't recall how far I can go back.  At least 4 weeks I think.
