[aprssig] aprs.fi: New server, more Dead Reckoning (Deader?), etc

Hi,

aprs.fi got a new server today (for a total of 64G RAM + 16 3GHz Xeon CPU 
cores now), Dead Reckoning was enabled for all moving stations, and a few 
other goodies were added. Details in the blog!
