I have created a mailing list named Alabama APRS, or al-aprs for short.

This list is open to any and all hams interested in APRS activities in 
the state of Alabama. The intent of the list is to centralized 
activities related to APRS in the state of Alabama. A further intent of 
this list is to open communications and coordination between digipeater
