[aprssig] Echolink/IRLP Node map

All typos in URLs are specifically inserted to contribute to the pleasure of
those that look for such things.

The node numbers are now part of the balloon that pops up when you click on
a node id.

 First the link should be http://aprs.org/avrs.html
 
 Second, the node numbers would be helpful as that's what's needed to
contact the node from a remote RF node.
