[aprssig] K6AEP-1 flaking out? or maybe KO6TH?

You can go ahead and turn your IGate back on.  I think I just figured 
out what's happening!  Those packets are something trying to use 
Konverse mode to command a TNC, but the TNC is just transmitting the 
commands as the payload of a packet.  Consider:

The first packet is "K" to put the TNC into Converse mode.

The second packet is the command to set the Unproto to SXUQXT (probably 
1/2 of the Mic-E coordinates) Via WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1.

The third packet is the other 1/2 of the Mic-E coordinate which is why 
APRS.FI complains about it.  The first half has been replaced by APX201.

It's definitely coming from the source and not being mucked about by 
anything in between, IMHO.  It's just a waste of good RF bandwidth until 
he gets it fixed!
