[aprssig] updated beta build 5 of YAAC, supports remote AGWPE servers

Greetings, all.

Per request of some users, YAAC ("Yet Another APRS Client") has been updated to support AGWPE as a TNC, including AGWPE instances on different computers than YAAC is running on. YAAC also can now display topographic maps as both color-filled regions and as contour lines, using world-wide SRTM elevation data downloaded from the US Geological Survey (download support built into YAAC).
