[aprssig] Named stations without valid callsign

Some people prefer to name their digipeaters with tactical calls.  As 
long as they meet the FCC ID requirements somehow, they're legal.  The 
typical approach is to put the operator's FCC call in the APRS comment.

COREY = w3,nvN, iNFO: w7xz at arrl.net

WARD = W2,NCAn, WA6TLW, Ward Pk, CA A=008637
