The licensed callsign is W7TA. The tactical callsign is TOULON.
At the very least it is near a Toulon Lake. I don't know it it's on 
a mountain of the same name. Look around and you will see several
other digis with tactical callsigns.

Of course, it should NOT be using a path of WIDE1-1. Unfortunately
at least a couple of the other nearby digis are also using WIDE1-1.
