It's APRSISCE/32 (or just APRSISCE or APRSIS32), not aprsis.

Yes, each object has an individual path configuration for RF 
transmission.  Objects can also be assigned to groups and the path (as 
well as enables and intervals) for the entire group can be changed in a 
single operation.
