That's with or without an internal TNC that would provide KISS or APRS
mode for use with Packet Data (winlink, TCP/IP) or APRS?

A radio and TNC brick for $200 or less on 2 meters or the other bands
would be HOT!   Even hotter if it does 9600 (or better...)
