The link Scott provided is for the FC-301/D which is just a radio.

The Argent Data T2-301, which I think is soon to be replaced by the 
T3-301, is an FC-301/D plus an Argent Data Tracker2 (or Tracker3) TNC 
which can do APRS, KISS, etc. Price is $229.
