[aprssig] APRS Messaging Ham Only Social Site

Hi Steve,
A "DM" in Twitter stands for Direct Message- when you normally post a
tweet, it goes out on your Twitter feed where everyone (esp those following
you ) can see it. If you send a DM, or goes right to the other person,
bypassing your public feed.
