[aprssig] GPS interference in Columbus, Ohio?

I was just trying to play some Ingress and noticed bad offset on my map.
South of Worthington, The map was projecting me about 300m north and
usually 20m west of my actual position. This varied, particularly the east
and west offset. Usually the north south was either 300m or right on. My
phone was continually losing lock.

I've fired up my APRS tracker to see where it plots me, but it'll take a
minute to get a lock and get into the IS.
