[aprssig] APRS Voice links?

Hi Robert,


Perhaps it is me but I am a bit lost here.


What exactly is the goal of avrs?
Is it like Jingle/XMPP, a signaling protocol for voice communication, 
running on top of (in this case) APRS?



Or am I missing something here?
