Seems to work well, I’ve had reports from all around the world without problems. So here is a full implementation for testing:

http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/wxpage1.cgi?call=k4hg-2&last=48

This also takes a timezone parameter in the normal nomenclature of hours added to UTC, -5 for EST:

http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/wxpage1.cgi?call=k4hg-2&last=48&tz=-5

Let me know if you find any problems.
