[aprssig] Paths - Solution proposal

I like the idea because it relieves the end user of the responsibility to
know when and how to use the "paths". It leaves the responsibility with
those who are the experts in this area.
Normally, I would argue for putting the responsibility on the end user.
However, given the end user can't, or don't know bow to use this setting we
should look for another solution. Mark, your idea is a good one.
