IM thinking simply AM.  The only way this can grow exponentially is if it
is as simple as plugging to the Mic and Speaker.

Are you thinking AM (most CB's), FM (none) or SSB (slow data)?

Several of us are considering doing just about that but rather than
CB's using the Ham 10 meter rigs and soundcard software.   It should
provide a rich opportunity for experimentation.
