[aprssig] What satellite is this ?

Not trying to be contrarian Ray but in this case it is actually "rocket
science" since the topic is a satellite and it arrived in space via a
rocket. ;)

But, sometimes "rocket science" is not difficult and this is clearly one of
those times. J

arrive at the answer.
