[aprssig] APRS, AM radio and the solar Eclipse (Cloud Reporting)

Everyone on this list is still 50kW non-directional 24/7. But I know some
now have some fairly high power daytime only stations on freq too. I used
to do sign on for AM 750 KBNN Lebanon, MO  (5 kW) and hear WSB up to when I
flipped the big switch.

Probably "clear channel" since that doesn't mean what it did back in
the day ... BUT ... they'll all be at daytime power limits.  :)
