> Are there any standard position formats as part of APRStt?
There have been several different APRStt implementations, over the years,
with different sets of capabilities.
This implementation has a variety of location formats including point,
vector, grid (based on Latitude/Longitude), UTM, USNG/MGRS, and Maidenhead
It is highly customizable to fit the needs of a specific situation.
> Is there any way to use APRStt to create APRS objects?
Yes, that is the whole purpose. A sequence of DTMF tones is converted into
an APRS "object." The "callsign," mentioned in the documentation, is really
an "object" name because the APRStt gateway transmits an APRS "object."
The object name can be any 9 characters and doesn't have to be a callsign.
