[aprssig] APRS-IS 10152 Full feed and Messages

If you're asking about APRS text messages, note that they are far and few in the stream. The vast majority of APRS packets are position reports, either long form or MicE short form. Since very few APRS clients support messaging (by their very nature, one-way trackers, digipeaters, I-gates, and dedicated weather stations will not originate text messages), there simply won't be a lot of text messages.
But they are out there. Every now and then my client program reports someone broadcasting a text message to ALL or one of the other worldwide destinations, and even more rarely spies on a two-way text message exchange.

In my experience, it does. If you're not sure, do a parallel test.
Open a telnet window onto a full feed and another onto the filtered port
and use a filter of t/m. But I'd challenge you to see if the messages
were actually in the full feed as it goes streaming by!
