Well, the 25 miles is the key factor.
Next is the prevalence of good digi coverage along the route.

Depending on y oru network density AND surrounding user density, In one case
you could get by with 5 Watt trackers.  In another, you'd need 50W mobiles.

Kinetic race machines are human powered craft to cover water, sand, and
cross-country!  Some are as simple as bicycles, others require many hands
and feet to move.  Race covers about 25 miles over three days.
