No objection but I want to sugest another adition concerning connected frames.
When digipeating connected frames the digipeater should send an ack as if the
recipient has already send that ack.:

stna>stnb,digi1*,digi2,digi3:Iframe
stnb>stna,digi3*,digi2*,digi1:RRframe

In short flexnet style hop by hop acknowlidgment.

Another adition I would like to see is a flexnet like port selection for multi
port digpeaters based on the heard list. This will give the lans a switch like
option without the user needing to know how the digipeaters are linked 
on level
1.
