I currently have 4 different Kantronics units that are no longer supported. 90% of our APRS infrastructure in Alberta is KPC-3 units. Not looking for a war, but simply pointing out that the real world exists somewhere between your statements and Tim's statements. Obviously what we have now is not a solution, perhaps where we might head could be a solution, but we need to realize that where ever we go, it's not going to be a zero cost solution. James VE6SRV
