What I mean by that is just like for AX25V2L2, and
that is that if a V2 packet is received, then it is
processed as V2.  If it V2L2, then it is handled as
V2L2.  I assume that this new AX.25 version will
have its own PID so that it does not break what
exists, and can always recognize itself?
