Thanks Glenn for the info on what EDAC is about.
There is no point in worrying about HF as Pactor has fixed that problem 
and works right down to the noise.  I daily forward with F2PY & N7QDN 
all WW buls & msgs and would not consider any form of packet on HF.
Pactor is able to dedicate a single frequency to a one to one connection 
whereas packet needing to share frequencies is in need of a totally 
different protocol.
