No, because it still limits callsign substitution to only
that one-and-only alias.  I would suggest:

"All AX.25 digipeaters will support callsign 
 substitution in UI packets for all matching generic
 aliases.   The alias of DISCVR will be defined for 
 higher  layer protocol  path discovery."
